Who processes the data

What data we collect

This site has no forms, uses no profiling cookies and installs no advertising trackers. We receive personal data only when you write to us, by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, contact details, hotel name and any files you choose to send, such as a booking export.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare the analysis you asked for and, if a contract follows, to deliver the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual steps requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

For how long

Data from a request with no follow-up is deleted within 12 months. Data linked to a contract is kept for the duration of the relationship and the legal retention periods after it.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for commercial purposes. Data may pass through the technical providers we use for email and storage, all subject to the GDPR.

Visit statistics

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying the visitor.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the address above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
